Refund Policy

1. Digital, event-time-sensitive content
The PoolZones sells time-sensitive digital analytics reports delivered by email in the hours before MLB first pitch. Because delivered picks cannot be un-delivered, all sales are generally final once the report has been sent.
2. Daily Pick Report ($5 USD, one-time)
Once the daily report has been generated and emailed to you, no refund is available. If we fail to deliver a paid daily report due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thepoolzones.com and we will either re-deliver or refund at our discretion.
3. Weekly Picks Pass ($12.50 USD/week, with 2-day free trial)
- During the 2-day free trial: cancel any time in the customer portal before the trial ends and you will not be charged. No refund is required — the trial simply expires.
- After the first paid charge: subscriptions are prepaid weekly. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next weekly charge, but the current week is non-refundable because reports for that week will have been delivered.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: if you were double-charged or charged after a valid cancellation, contact hello@thepoolzones.com within 30 days for a full refund.
4. How to cancel
Cancel your Weekly Picks Pass at any time from the customer portal linked in your account or from the receipt email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital content may result in account termination.
